KEEPING FIT QUESTIONS

1. What kind of exercise do you enjoy ?
     I usually enjoy by for cycling.
2. How often do you exercise ?
     I usually exercise everyday.
3. Do you try to eat healthy meals ? Why or why not ?
    Yes, I do. Because I not have a long time to wait meals maturelly.
4. Do you usually get enough sleep at night ? How many hours of sleep do you like to get ?
    Yes I do. I usually sleep of nine hours.
5. How do you usually feel after you exercise ?
    Tired, Hungry, and thirsty.
